Before we get
you glam.

Glam Dispatch is a beauty coordination and concierge service. We find, vet, and book independent beauty professionals on your behalf. We do not employ beauty professionals directly, and we do not perform any beauty services ourselves.

Our role is to match you with a qualified, vetted pro based on your stated needs, budget, and availability — and to manage the logistics of that booking from start to finish.

All payments are made directly to Glam Dispatch. Your payment includes two components:

• A Glam Dispatch coordination or finders fee — this is our charge for sourcing, vetting, and booking your pro.
• A pro deposit — this amount is collected on your behalf and paid directly to your booked professional to hold your appointment.

Payment in full is required before any booking is confirmed and before pro details are shared. We do not hold appointments without payment.

The remaining service balance (beyond the deposit) is settled directly between you and your pro on the day of service. Glam Dispatch is not responsible for any additional charges agreed upon between you and the professional.

Client cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment: pro deposit refunded, coordination fee non-refundable.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment: no refund on deposit or coordination fee. The pro has held your slot and turned away other clients.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: no refund of any kind.

Pro cancellations:

In the rare event that a booked professional cancels, Glam Dispatch will make every effort to find a replacement at no additional coordination fee. If a suitable replacement cannot be found, your pro deposit will be refunded in full. The coordination fee will be issued as a credit toward a future booking.

Glam Dispatch maintains an exclusively vetted network of independent beauty professionals. Every professional we work with has been reviewed and approved before being presented to any client. We do not source unknown or unreviewed pros under any circumstances.

Our vetting process includes one or more of the following for every pro in our network:

• A personal service experience — we or a trusted representative have received their service firsthand
• A direct application and interview process through our Pro Network application
• Verified positive client feedback collected through our post-service feedback system
• Portfolio review, online reputation check, and professional communication assessment

Pros who meet 3 or more of our core criteria — punctuality, great customer service, quality workspace, easy access, reliability, and excellent work — are designated as Fully Vetted and identified with a badge on your Glam Guide.

Despite our thorough vetting process, beauty services are subjective and results may vary based on your hair type, skin, personal preferences, and communication between you and the professional on the day.

• We are not liable for dissatisfaction with the outcome of any service performed.
• Any disputes about service quality are between you and the independent professional directly.
• If you experience a significant issue with a pro we referred, please notify us within 24 hours. We take all feedback seriously and use it to maintain and grow the quality of our network.

If the client does not show: No refund will be issued. The pro's time has been reserved and compensated.

If the pro does not show: Glam Dispatch will attempt to find an emergency replacement immediately. If no replacement is available, your pro deposit will be refunded in full within 3 to 5 business days. Your coordination or finders fee will be issued as a credit for a future booking.

We take pro reliability extremely seriously. Any professional who no-shows a Glam Dispatch client is permanently removed from our network.

Your personal information — name, phone number, email, and occasion details — is used solely to coordinate your booking. We do not sell, share, or distribute your information to any third party outside of the professional needed to fulfill your booking.

Pro identities are kept confidential until payment is received. This protects both our network and ensures our coordination service remains the primary relationship.

By submitting a form or payment, you consent to being contacted by Glam Dispatch via phone, text, and email for booking-related communication.

Glam Dispatch expects all clients to treat referred professionals with respect and professionalism. Beauty professionals have the right to refuse or discontinue service if a client is abusive, disrespectful, or behaves inappropriately.

• In the event a professional ends a session due to client conduct, no refund will be issued.
• Clients who are reported for misconduct may be declined from future Glam Dispatch services.

Glam Dispatch is a coordination and referral service. We are not liable for:

• The quality, outcome, or safety of any beauty service performed by an independent professional.
• Any injury, allergic reaction, or adverse outcome resulting from services rendered.
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property during a service.
• Any actions, omissions, or representations made by independent professionals in our network.

Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the coordination or finders fee paid to Glam Dispatch for that booking.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
